Poles aims to be different from Emery and Pace, rebuilding the roster with young talent we can develop sounds way more promising than signing old vets that won't be around long enough to make an impact. Collecting younger veterans to fill out the depth chart while the draftees develop and learn is honestly the best case scenario and something the Bears have needed to do since the Lovie days.
