1. OFFENSIVE LINE!!!
This point cannot be stressed enough. The Bears need to upgrade this offensive line in pretty much every aspect of it. The only two starters coming back that played fine last season were offensive guard Cody Whitehair and Lary Borom. The Bears made it a point to draft multiple offensive linemen last year and they need to make it again because protecting our franchise quarterback Justin Fields has to be a priority. Another important thing to remember when it comes to the offensive line is that depth is a crucial part of its success. You really can't have too many solid players because injuries do happen fairly quickly at this position.
2. Wide receiver
This again is related to helping Justin Fields. He needs to be protected but he also needs to have some weapons to throw the ball at. If one thing is certain, it is that Darnell Mooney is a pure stud, and he should continue to be one for the foreseeable future. With Allen Robinson probably leaving, the Bears will need even more help at Wide receiver. They need to add at least two capable taller receivers to the squad. A good receiving corps is like a basketball team. You need to have guys of different sizes that each have their particular set of skills. Mooney sure can bring a lot to the table, but the Bears still need help. Guys like George Pickens, Justyn Ross, and Alec Pierce could be some day-2 value picks that would help fill those needs.
3. Safety
Eddie Jackson will still be under contract for the 2022 season. However, the Bears are still looking for someone to play opposite of him. Deon Bush played fairly well last season and could continue to improve in his sophomore campaign. Nonetheless, I think the Bears need to bring in more talent that could be a part of the rotation, add some depth and also contribute on special teams. Lewis Cine, Bubba Bolden and Kolby Harvell-Peel could be some interesting names to remember that Ryan Poles should try to target in the Draft.
