Ryan Poles Takes Shot At Packers.
The Chicago Bears introduced their new general manager and head coach this week. So far so good. Both guys look like they've got a plan and a vision, but of course it's still early and anything can happen. New GM Ryan Poles is young and seems to have a good plan to get things back on track. "What am I about? What's my philosophy?We're gonna build through the draft, we're going to acquire young, fast and physical football players. We're going to be selective during free agency and we're going to connect revaluation with valuation. We're going to have a relentless approach to fix our weakness, we're going to maintain great self awareness of who we are, we're going to solve problems with open communication and candour.We're going to consistently put players in position to succeed." Then Poles had his mic drop moment. "And the last thing, the most important thing...We're going to take the North and never give it back"
