According to a recent report from the Chicago Tribune, Tremaine Edmunds, the linebacker for the Chicago Bears, has recently acquired a $1.4 million residence in the Northbrook suburb of Chicago.

The property spans an impressive 6,101 square feet and sits on a generous 0.28-acre lot. It boasts five bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, featuring grand 15-foot ceilings and a striking two-story foyer. Additionally, the house comes equipped with a spacious three-car garage, a basement boasting 10-foot ceilings, a stylish bar area, and a built-in Sub-Zero wine refrigerator.

At 25 years of age, Edmunds inked a lucrative four-year contract last summer, valued at $72 million, inclusive of a substantial $9.75 million signing bonus. A remarkable $50 million of the contract is guaranteed, with an average annual salary of $18 million.

Throughout the season, Tremaine Edmunds proved to be an exceptional defender, playing alongside his fellow linebacker, T.J. Edwards. He contributed significantly by participating in 15 games and tallying four interceptions, one touchdown, seven pass breakups, and an impressive 113 combined tackles.
