Unfortunate News: Former Bears All-Pro RB Placed on Injured Reserve

Back in 2017, the Bears used their 4th round pick on running back/return specialist Tarik Cohen.

From the jump, Cohen became a star, especially in 2018, where he was named as an All-Pro and Pro Bowler.

Unfortunately, injuries negatively affected his career, and Cohen was released by the team after the 2021 season.

Since then, Cohen has focused on recovering from his injuries, and eyeing an NFL comeback.

Cohen's comeback was finally accomplished at the beginning of the 2023 season, as he was signed by the Panthers.

Since signing with the Panthers, Cohen has remained on the practice squad, and sadly, he has suffered yet another injury:

As revealed by the Panthers, Cohen suffered a hamstring injury and will be out for at least 4 weeks, and will miss out on the Bears vs Panthers game this Thursday night.
