"The Chicago Bears dropped their second game of the season on Monday Night Football. With the loss, the Bears now sit at 5-2 and have lost their grip on first place of the NFC North as the Green Bay Packers take over at 5-1. The most frustrating part of the Bears' season so far is that the defense and special teams have shown up and competed, unfortunately you can't say the same about the offense. While Mitch Trubisky wasn't exactly lighting the world on fire, Nick Foles has been pretty trash since taking over as starting QB. Is it all Foles fault? No. Dan Wiederer of the Chicago Tribune pointed out a pretty pathetic stat regarding Matt Nagy and his time as Bears' head coach. "For the 24th time in Matt Nagy's 40 games as Bears coach, the offense has failed to get to 21 points." Pretty sad considering Nagy is supposed to be an "offensive guru".
The biggest question for the Bears is that knowing they need a long term solution at QB, are they going to let Pace/Nagy pick that guy after this year? https://t.co/ZycxYTpX19 — Big Cat (@BarstoolBigCat) October 27, 2020
