This NFL offseason is filled with very exciting players who are looking for a new team. From Dalvin Cook to DeAndre Hopkins, free agency is looking strong, but, not for everyone. QB Carson Wentz is a free agent, but unfortunately it does not seem like teams are fighting for him.

Wentz, who was the 2nd pick in the 2016 draft, has had a bad couple of seasons. In 2017, Wentz was having an MVP season. He threw for 33 touchdowns with only 7 interceptions. The Eagles ended their Super Bowl season with a 13-3 record in the regular season. Unfortunately, Wentz tore his ACL in week 14 of that season, keeping him out of the playoffs and their Super Bowl win. The QB who was once the star of the league, then had to watch his team win on the sidelines.

After that season, Wentz has not looked the same. Injuries do this to too many talented athletes, which end up ruining their careers. Wentz seems to not be able to stay healthy and is unable to lead his team to the playoffs. Last season with the Washington Commanders, Wentz suffered more injuries and finished with a 2-5 record. It looks like his best days are behind him, so sadly it seems like his career is over.
