The XFL is slowly putting together their plans for a comeback, and they announced some more news today. With the XFL set for a 2020 return, the league announced it's first eight cities on Wednesday. The league will start with eight teams and could expand in the following years. Vince McMahon and the XFL don't look like they want to start small as they picked some big cities and some big stadiums to go along with it. In some cities they'll be in full competition with NFL teams.
