Yet Another NFL Coach has been Fired, but Bears Coaches are still on the Team. Why?
As announced earlier today, the Commanders have fired defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio after brutal blowout loss on Thanksgiving:
With this firing, many Bears fans are feeling jealous, as it seems like most teams know when it's time to move on from coaches...expect the Bears.
Similar to this sudden firing, the Bills let go of their offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey the day after losing to the Broncos. And, after a messy few weeks with the Raiders, they let go of their head coach Josh McDaniels.
When it comes to the Bears, the only sudden firings they have done this season was due to behind-the-scenes issues where HR was apart of it. Nothing to do with football, but simply just shady actions.
Other than those sketchy Bears firings, they have continued to stick with head coach Matt Eberflus and offensive coordinator Luke Getsy, even though the system they are running is not working. This Bears team is simply bad, and the blame should be on the coaches, not the players.
If the Bears lose to the Vikings on MNF, and the team decides to stick with Eberflus and Getsy, I will be shocked, disappointed, and hopeless with this team.
