D.K Metcalf is regarded as one of the craziest specimens in the NFL. He is 6"3, weighs over 230 pounds and runs a 4.33 40 yard dash. In addition to that, he is an amazing player on the football field that is very durable since he has never missed a game in his 3 first season.

However, I guess you could say his diet is pretty uncommon. Check out his routine according to him:

That can't be healthy, right? I guess when you have the genetics of Metcalf, it does not matter that much what you put in your body...

Fun fact about D.K Metcalf, his father was actually part of the Chicago Bears for multiple years. From 2002 to 2009, there was an offensive guard by the name of Terrence Metcalf on the Chicago Bears roster.

Terrence was a pretty solid player in his days. He played his college ball at Ole Miss and he was selected by the Bears in the 3rd round of the 2002 NFL draft. He struggled with some injuries at the start of his career but he then became a reliable starter for the team. Terrence was always known to be an extremely physically gifted athlete that was able to use his power to push back defenders.

Terrence had his son at the young age of 20. DeKaylin Zecharius Metcalf who goes by the name D.K has always been in the world of football. From a very young age, he was already a freak athlete.

According to his father, DK began seriously considering playing football after watching the Bears celebrate the 2006 NFC championship.

Dk was able to visit the locker room and celebrate with his father after the Bears win. It was at this moment that he began to pursue football. «Just seeing all the excitement and enthusiasm that up close at such a young age, I know that affected him. Because that very next year we started talking to him about possibly playing.» said the father.

D.k is now regarded as one of the best football players on the face of the earth. He has been dominant ever since he stepped foot on a field. Maybe you could even say he has the Bears to thank for that.
