While talking about what to expect from the Chicago Bears for the upcoming season, ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit made a comparison of this new Bears team to the 2023 Detroit Lions:

As heard, Herbstreit sees a ton of similarities between the two, and sees the Bears becoming what the Lions were last season.

The Lions changed what needed to be changed and this is what brought them success. The team got healthy and everything worked out well, where they even had a shot at going to the Super Bowl, but fell short in the Championship game.

With what the Bears are bringing into the 2024 season, they can become the 2023 Lions, as long as the players stay healthy and Caleb Williams is what we expect him to be.
