Jayden Daniels helped the Washington Commanders knock off the Cincinnati Bengals last night in a massive performance.

Daniels had over 250 yards passing and was 21/23. Moreover, he had two touchdown passes and even ran for another touchdown. It was a solid outing for the kid and if you are an NFL fan, you have to be pretty impressed by what he can do. However, there is something even more impressive about Daniels, and that is the record he broke thanks to his performance.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Daniels just broke a rookie completion percentage record, previously held by Dak Prescott. Needless to say, the kid is doing big things out there.

"Commanders QB Jayden Daniels completed 91.3 percent of his passes Monday night, setting a record for the highest completion percentage by a rookie (minimum 20 attempts) in a game in NFL history. It broke the mark that Dak Prescott set in 2016, when he completed 88.9 percent of his passes in a game. Daniels' Monday night mark also was the highest completion percentage in a game in Washington franchise history."

Now, the Commanders are 2-1 this season and are one of the better teams in the NFC East. While it may not last for long, Daniels is showing that he is the quarterback of the future for Washington. Fans of the team must be feeling pretty good right now.
