As reported today, the Bears are expected to interview USC's senior offensive analyst and QB coach Kliff Kingsbury for their OC position:

Kingsbury was the Cardinals head coach from 2019-2022, until joining the USC staff last season. He has worked closely with top NFL prospect Caleb Williams all year, who is a possible candidate in joining the Bears this offseason.

Kingsbury is looking to return to the NFL, and if the Bears hire him as the OC, then Williams joining the Bears will look very likely
