Bears supporters had a moment of respite when the team broke their 14-game skid against the Commanders on October 5th.

However, as they gear up for Sunday's clash with the Vikings at Soldier Field, there are two other streaks they're keen to break.

Diving into the NFL landscape, the Lions' daring venture into Lambeau and the Bears' puzzling performance have raised eyebrows. The Packers wrestle with injuries, but are they out? Our analysis, featuring insights from Eric Yeager, unveils the Lions' odds of topping their division. Is it a guaranteed win, or are there unforeseen factors? Dive into a discussion that cuts deeper than mere stats.

Currently, the Bears are on a ten-match losing streak within their division. Their last victory was against the Lions during the 2021 Thanksgiving Day game, thanks to Andy Dalton's leadership. After that, the Bears lost the remaining three division matches of the season and faced a 3-14 record in 2022.

Earlier this season, the Bears faced a 38-20 defeat against the Packers at Soldier Field, extending their losing spree to double digits.

Reflecting on their performances at Soldier Field, it's been over a year since they tasted victory at home. The Bears' last win at home was a 23-20 triumph over the Texans on September 25, 2022. Subsequently, they endured defeats in their subsequent nine games at Soldier Field, which includes the final seven matches of 2022 and the initial two of the ongoing 2023 season.

However, the upcoming Sunday offers a glimmer of hope. The struggling Vikings, with a 1-4 start this season, recently faced defeat against the Chiefs. Furthermore, their star player, Justin Jefferson, the reigning NFL Offensive Player of the Year, has been sidelined with a hamstring injury.

Given that Jefferson is now on IR, the Bears won't be confronting the season's top receiver this Sunday.

Could this be the turning point for the Bears to break two more consecutive losses this month? Time will tell.
