Tim Boyle's 99-yard interception returned for a touchdown by Jevon Holland during the New York Jets-Miami Dolphins game had costly consequences for a major company.

During the Black Friday game's closing moments in the first half, Boyle attempted a Hail Mary pass, which was intercepted by Miami's standout safety, Jevon Holland, at the one-yard line. Holland then sprinted the entire length of the field for a 99-yard pick-six, extending Miami's lead by 11 points. According to Ben Fischer from the Sports Business Journal, TCL USA, a prominent TV sponsor for the NFL, had pledged to give away $1 million worth of large-screen televisions if a play of 98 yards or more occurred in the game.

Fischer confirmed that TCL USA honored their promise and fulfilled it by distributing 84 television sets valued at $12,000 each. Consequently, thanks to Holland's spectacular play (or the Jets' underperformance, depending on your perspective), 84 fortunate customers received an incredible prize, courtesy of TCL USA's generosity.

The Jets made a change at quarterback, benching the struggling Zach Wilson in favor of Tim Boyle, but the outcome remained disappointing for Robert Saleh's team. Boyle threw two interceptions and endured seven sacks in a lopsided 34-13 defeat.

With this victory, Miami improved their record to 8-3, while Saleh's Jets suffered their fourth consecutive loss, dropping to 4-7 with only six games remaining in the season.
