As revealed today, former Bears wide receiver/return specialist Devin Hester has been named as a finalist for the Pro Football Hall of Fame's Class of 2024:
Hester is best known for his time with the Bears, as after being drafted by the team in 2006, he went on to spend the next 8 years in Chicago. He then went on to play for the Falcons, Ravens, and Seahawks.
Hester finished his career as a 4-time All-Pro, 4-time Pro Bowler, 3-time Alumni Special Teams Player of the Year, 2-time kickoff return yards leader, and a 2-time punt return yards leader. He is also a member of the 2000s All-Decade Team, 2010s All-Decade Team, and the 100th Anniversary All-Time Team.
Hester is still considered to be the greatest return specialist in NFL history, and deserves to be a Hall of Famer.
