By the third quarter, the Chiefs had already benched their starters, and later, the Bears' quarterback, Justin Fields, left the game due to a suspected head injury.

Interestingly, it wasn't the medical team that ushered Fields off the pitch. His teammate, D.J. Moore, took the initiative. Observing Fields' unsteady demeanor and potential concussion symptoms after a play, Moore immediately escorted him to the sidelines for safety.

While it was undoubtedly a rough day for the Bears, Moore's display of team spirit and concern was a silver lining.
