The Bears hold both the number 1 and 9th overall picks, and it looks like the Bears will select USC QB Caleb Williams at 1. But, it's not so clear on what they will do with their 9th pick.
According to former NFL tight end and current Bears reporter Clay Harbor, he believes that the Bears should draft Texas DT T'Vondre Sweat with their 9th overall pick:
Sweat has been putting on a show all week while at the Senior Bowl practices. He is showcasing exceptional speed, strength, and toughness, something that Harbor is taking note of.
Sweat is also finishing his college career on a high note, as all in this past season, Sweat was awarded with the Outland Trophy, named as a Unanimous All-American, the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year, and as a First-team All-Big 12.
