The 46-year-old football icon was recently seen basking on his lavish $6 million yacht in Miami. The former New England Patriot and Tampa Bay Buccaneer appears to be the epitome of relaxation:
Clearly, he seems content with his decision to retire from the sport.
Brady first announced his retirement in February 2022, following the Buccaneers' defeat by the Los Angeles Rams in the NFC Divisional Round. However, just 40 days later, he surprised fans by revealing he'd return for a 23rd season. Despite a less-than-stellar 8-9 season, under his leadership, the Buccaneers clinched the NFC South division title. They later faced a defeat at the hands of the Dallas Cowboys in the Wild Card Round. Brady then confirmed his retirement on Feb. 1.
Now, months after his final announcement, it's clear that Brady is enjoying his retirement to the fullest. He's on the brink of acquiring a partial ownership stake in the NFL's Las Vegas Raiders, currently owned by Mark Davis. While the details are still under wraps, the transition seems imminent.
Furthermore, Brady is gearing up for a new role in the FOX NFL broadcast team next year, set to collaborate with sideline reporter Erin Andrews and commentator Kevin Burkhardt.
