GM Ryan Poles Reveals Who He wants to see as the Bears Head Coach

According to Chicago writer Daniel Greenberg, Bears GM Ryan Poles is confident in head coach Matt Ebeflus, and believes that he is the right person to continue as the head coach:

This comes after weeks and weeks of fans begging the team to fire Eberflus, as the Bears are arguably the worst team in the NFL, and the staff is falling apart as well.

In under 2 months, 2 coaches have been fired for workplace conduct issues, which is a bad reflection on the head coach. However, Poles does not seem fazed by that, and is still happy with Eberflus.

Though Poles says these nice comments now, I would be surprised to see Eberflus remain as the head coach if the Bears continue to lose out this season. Things are not looking good, and the future of the team is riding on Poles' decisions.
