In a recent article posted by Bleacher Report titled "Firework NFL Trade Ideas That Would Transform the League in 2023," they revealed some career changing trade possibilities.

One of the ideas on the list was that Rams WR Cooper Kupp could be traded to the Detroit Lions. Kupp, who was the 2021 NFL Offensive Player of the Year, had an off season last year. Due to a high ankle sprain, which then required surgery, Kupp only played in 9 games in the 2022 season. He only scored 7 TDs and had 812 receiving yards.

Many NFL fans were saying that Kupp lost his star quality due to last season, but if Kupp stayed healthy, along with his QB, we would have seen a much different outcome. Kupp is still one of the best WRs in the NFL, and by pairing him up with a healthy QB, he could be number 1.

Bleacher Report revealed what the possible trade would look like: Rams Receive: 2024 first-round pick, 2024 third-round pick (via Vikings), 2025 third-round pick, and the Lions receive Cooper Kupp. This would be a blockbuster deal, but it would work for both.

The Rams need to rebuild, even though they just won the Super Bowl in the 2021 season. Rams' Matt Stafford is most likely out at QB, and they need to make many changes. The Lions are in need of a WR, as Jameson Williams' 6-game suspension puts them in a tough position. Kupp would be the perfect new addition, and could make them a real contender for the division.

If this trade does happen, then the Bears will be facing an entirely different team. This Lions team will be dangerous, so Bears cornerbacks will need to step it up.
