Claypool finished week 1 with zero catches, and just looked bored out on the field. He was seen flopping on the field and giving no effort during plays.
After the game, the media and fans called out Claypool for his laziness, and the Bears coaches even considered making Claypool a healthy scratch for week 2, but ultimately decided to give him another chance.
Also stated by Glazer, the Bears told Claypool that if he continues to show no effort, then his time in Chicago will be coming to an end.
So, it looks like today could be Claypool's last shot, and if he shows no improvement, then he will most likely not be a Bear in the next few days.
