OFFICIAL: NFL Insider Confirms that the Chicago Bears have Shown Interest in RB Jonathan Taylor
As revealed by NFL insider Destin Adams, the Chicago Bears have shown interest in trading for Colts RB Jonathan Taylor:
Adams mentions how no offer has been made yet however.
If this trade does happen, then the Bears will become an instant contender.
This new and improved Bears team is already looking great. The defensive side is looking good so far, and the offense is looking very exciting, and better then ever. However, the RB spot is not yet comfortable, so bringing Taylor in will be the cherry on top.
The Bears RB1 spot is between Khalil Herbert and D'Onta Foreman Foreman right now. Both are solid RBs, but not superstars. Bears need someone who can help lead the team, and that is what Taylor can bring to the Bears.
Taylor is a First-Team All-Pro, a Pro Bowler, the 2021 rushing yards leader, and the 2021 rushing touchdowns leader. He is a superstar, and the Bears need to make an offer as soon as possible
