Following a 24-17 loss to the Los Angeles Chargers, the Raiders find themselves at a 1-3 start. Despite boasting talents like Jacobs and star wide receiver Davante Adams, the team's performance hasn't been up to par, leading to evident frustration from key players.
In a recent locker room interview, Jacobs voiced his concerns candidly.
"It's all about discipline, and in a league this competitive, every detail matters," Jacobs shared, as reported by Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com. "We've got an array of talent out there, and we're not making the most of it. It's disheartening, to be honest. I'm just fed up with the consistent losses."
He continued, "I pour my heart and soul into this game every day, and it feels like we need a change soon."
Last month, Adams also signaled his impatience with the team's progression. He emphasized the need for swift action and establishing a dominant identity early in the season.
Adams commented, "We can't spend the whole season figuring things out. Early games are crucial for setting the tone, and we're missing that winning essence. It's time for action. We've had enough of discussions and planning from last year. This year, we need results."
