Rob Gronkowski Addresses Baby Gronk Situation - Calls Out His Dad
For the past few weeks, the internet has been flooded with content and memes of the 10-year old football player Madden San Miguel, or better known as "Baby Gronk." Many reports have revealed that his father, Jake, has been pushing news outlets and NFL players to shout out his kid, making everyone uncomfortable and concerned.
While at the Tight End University program, Former All-Pro TE Rob Gronkowski was asked about the viral sensation Baby Gronk, who is named after him. Barstool Sports & NFL players Taylor Lewan & Will Compton confronted Gronkowski about the situated, where he said:
Baby Gronk's father Jake has been reaching out to the media and players for years, and many of them feel like it's too much. During interviews, Jake has also been seen whispering to his son about what to say. He is turning his son into something he is not, which is extremely damaging for a child.
This father is trying to earn some 5 minutes of game through his child, where people are seeing right through him. None of these players will give him the time of day, so hopefully Jake stops treating his son as an object.
The quick interview is finished by Taylor and Will telling Gronkowski that the only way to stop all of this is if he steps in. Gronkowski then makes a joke about taking legal action, which actually may not be a bad idea...
