Brittany Matthews cheered on husband Patrick Mahomes with their daughter, Sterling, as the Kansas City Chiefs won Super Bowl LVII. His brother, Jackson, decided he wanted to get some airtime as he appeared to crash the TV broadcast while his QB brother was doing an interview.
It was clear that Jackson had no clue he was in the shot based on his reaction of looking at his phone and responding to somebody else off-camera.
Mahomes' father could also be seen in the background just off-camera.
Jackson dropped quite a few TikTok videos from the Super Bowl at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. The younger Mahomes is not well-liked online as it reached a fevered pitch during the 2021 season when he was involved in a number of controversies. Two of them included him standing on a memorial in Washington and him throwing a drink on a fan after a loss.
Another one was him being called out for acting entitled at a Kansas City cocktail bar when the establishment refused to seat him and a large group of people. He called them out, and they fired back in epic fashion.
"We are sorry that you have the reach that you do, or at least that you think you do and that instead of using it for something positive, you decided to use it to try and crush a small business. We survived a global pandemic, we'll survive your ego," the bar wrote.
