Watch: Sneak Peek of Netflix's new show "Quarterback," with Patrick Mahomes, Marcus Mariota, & Kirk Cousins
The time has finally come! Netflix's new documentary series "Quarterback" is finally here. The show is centered around 3 current NFL QBs, where we are able to see them behind the scenes and on the field, all mic'd up. It is centered around Chiefs' Patrick Mahomes, Eagles' Marcus Mariota, and Vikings' Kirk Cousins. Take a look at the sneak peek here:
As you can see, the show brings us behind the scene where we see the QBs during their everyday lives. From family time, to studying film, we are getting an all access experience.
Hall of Fame QB Peyton Manning is also a part of this show, as he is one of the executive producers. Manning stated in a recent interview on "The Pat McAfee Show" that he wishes he would have done something like this later in his career. He explained how NFL Films approached him about it when he was still a young QB, but said no, as he was worried about how he would be perceived.
Peyton Manning being apart of this project shows us that this will be authentic. It is not just a Netflix show, as Manning's production company is heavily involved as well.
"Quarterback" begins streaming on July 12, only on Netflix!
