WEIRD: Bears CB Kyler Gordon Hit with Bad Penalty for Accidental Helmet Incident (Video)

After the Bears made an electric interception for a ton of yards, the ball was then moved back due to a penalty.

After Jaylon Johnson made an interception, and earned a bunch of yards, the refs threw a flag due to Kyler Gordon taking off his helmet and called a "unsportsmanlike penalty."

However, according to Gordon, he stated that his face mask fell off, causing him to remove the helmet:

This offensive drive for the Bears then ended on a punt, as this penalty, along with others, caused the team to move back quite a bit.
